A leading logistics company in Indonesia is seeking a Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor to manage financial statements, tax provisions, and budgeting. The ideal candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and be proficient in tax regulations and accounting software. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• At least bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax or equivalent.
• Certified Brevet A & B (Tax).
• Proficient with Ms. Office & accounting software (Accurate).
• Familiar with cost & tax accounting computation.
• Good knowledge of accounting & tax policy.
• Understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Job description

Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts

Able to make financial statements, conduct a review and analysis of the reports - Checking and controlling project budget and expenditure report

Analyze the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow position

Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database

Coordinate the finance department, both in terms of timeliness of work completion, reporting and cooperation with related departments

Liaise with consultant/auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finance is maintained

Requirements

• At least bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax or equivalent
• Certified Brevet A & B (Tax)
• Proficient with Ms. Office & accounting software (Accurate)
• Familiar with cost & tax accounting computation knowledge such as SAP, E-SPT, E-Filing, EBupot, E-Billing
• Good knowledge of accounting & tax policy, AR/AP, costing and budgeting (control), cashflow - Weekly and monthly report, financial audit and financial forecast
• Understanding of financial statistic and accounting principles & Tax regulation
