Based in GRESIK, East Java, the role involves coordinating with external advisors, preparing shareholder meeting documents, and maintaining meticulous legal records. A Master’s in Law with 3.00 GPA and 10+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
• At least 10 years of experience in the same field.
• Having good experience in Corporate Legal (drafting, reviewing, negotiation).
• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely counsel to divisions/departments on legal topics (e.g., labor law).
• Specify internal governance policies and monitor compliance.
• Identify legal risks within company policies or regulations.
