Able to prepare and handle all matters related to conveyancing S&P and loans independently with minimal supervision, and able to work as a team.

Familiar with all banks requirement in loan execution, advises and their SOP for subsale files.

Must be proficient in Bahasa Malysia & English.

Familiar with stamping office, land office and related government bodies requirements and procedure.

Good communication skills & actively update clients or any related parties, responsible and able to complete assigned jobs before the deadline.

Minimum 5 years experience.

High remuneration commensurate with experiences & skills.
