Job summary

PT. Tilyanpristka, a BPO company of accounting, payroll and tax services in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan, seeks qualified professionals for a senior accounting/consulting role. You will prepare and review financial statements, payroll and tax reports, and propose compliant solutions to clients.

The position requires at least 4 years' relevant experience, strong software skills, and excellent English. You will work to ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and support junior team members in complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with relevant professional background.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in accounting, tax, or consulting, preferably in an firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience handling accounting, payroll, and tax-related projects.
• Proficiency with listed accounting software and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Good command of English, written and spoken; able to communicate with clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to manage multiple assignments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
