A global digital marketing agency is seeking a Client Servicing Manager to maintain client relationships, develop campaign plans, and ensure project completion. The role requires 7 years of experience in a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to attend onsite meetings in Jakarta. Primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements, provide weekly updates and address any concerns promptly.
Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls in Jakarta.
Develop and present comprehensive campaign plans and tacticals, including timelines, define deliverables and manage production/output.
Act as a liaison between all internal departments, and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects/ campaigns.
Upkeep ClickUp: Maintain and update the project management tool (We use ClickUp internally) with client-related tasks, deadlines, and progress updates.
Management reporting
Contact is 1 year with opportunity to be converted to full time employment.
7 years of recent related work experience (Agency experience required)
Able to attend on site meeting in Jakarta, when necessary
Organized, extremely detail-oriented, and thorough
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitasks across projects and come up with solutions
Meeting preparedness and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Ability in BM copywriting is an added value
