Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in civil/construction.
Minimum 5 years exposure in civil project management.
Experience in managing direct staff and subcontractors.
Experience in operational and technical roles in construction.
Experience working at civil contractor preferred.

Responsibilities

To manage construction works of the assigned project to achieve targets.
To develop the assigned subordinates to optimize workable time in construction.
To review and control continuous improvement and optimization activities for optimum efficiencies.
To ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available to perform construction activities.
To maintain inter and intra-functional coordination so plans and schedules are integrated.
To monitor safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant site and promote health and safety.
To consolidate and review reports from subordinates for monthly/annual decision making.
To share knowledge and update construction expertise within the organization.
