Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited in Jakarta is seeking a Senior C# Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will tackle architecture, performance, and scalable designs for mobile game backend systems.

We offer hybrid work (4 days in office, Friday remote) and 20 days fully remote per year, plus BPJS Health and other benefits, with training on Unity to translate your C# expertise into game engineering and collaborative, high-impact work.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience in C#/.NET
• Strong understanding of OOP & SOLID principles, data structures and design patterns
• Experience with profiling tools, memory leaks, concurrency, and GC optimization
• Fluent English or professional working proficiency for global collaboration

Responsibilities

• Architect core logic: design and maintain clean, reusable C# code powering the app frameworks
• Optimize performance: memory management, object pooling, and garbage collection tuning
• Solve scalability challenges: integrate backend APIs, local data storage, and real-time multiplayer features
• Level up skills: learn Unity through mentorship and translate C# knowledge into game engineering
