Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in generating leads and closing deals within the renewable energy industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and large-scale projects.
  • Coach, mentor, and train junior sales staff to improve performance and achieve targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience minimum2 yearsin B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, hunter &negotiation, and presentation abilities.
