What You'll Do

Business Development & Finance (Core):

Design and execute strategies to grow revenue across books, café, and events.

Build partnerships with publishers, brands, and community networks.

Oversee financial operations: reconcile daily sales, track expenses, prepare reports, and support budgeting.

Deliver weekly updates on sales, financial health, and growth opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to support marketing campaigns and promotions.

Lend a hand in operations when needed: inventory checks, supplier coordination, or event logistics.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or finance.

Strong skills in negotiation, partnership building, and financial reporting.

Experience in retail, F&B, publishing, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Organized, proactive, and excited about working in a creative, community-driven space.

Comfortable switching between spreadsheets and conversations — you're as confident with numbers as you are with people.
