- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for digital banking initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and User Stories.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business teams, compliance, IT, and regulators.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and walkthroughs to ensure clear understanding and agreement among all parties.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (development, QA, design, operations) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all requirements are aligned with business goals, regulatory standards, and technical feasibility.
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis processes and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within the banking or financial services domain.
- Strong knowledge of the Business Analysis Lifecycle and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficient in preparing FSDs, BRDs, and User Stories.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of digital banking systems and related business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong facilitation skills for conducting workshops and walkthroughs.
