Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership projects from initial concept through to delivery
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders into dashboards/reports
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering/product teams, ensuring solutions accurately reflect business needs
• Create and maintain key BA artefacts, including process flows, functional specifications, and business rules documentation

• Essential experience in fintech, insurtech, or the insurance/brokerage industry
• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• 4-8 years of experience in reporting tools, SQL, software development
