Job summary

PT Brokeret Fintech Solutions is seeking a backend engineer to own the services powering client onboarding, account provisioning, and back-office workflows. You will primarily work with PHP/Laravel and Postgres, designing robust APIs and scalable data models to handle high concurrency.

You will implement background jobs, ensure transactional integrity and idempotent behavior, and build integrations with broker systems.

Qualifications

• Solid production experience with PHP/Laravel and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of transactions and idempotent patterns.
• Experience with message queues and background jobs.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own APIs and background workers for onboarding and provisioning.
• Ensure transactional integrity and safe retries.
• Improve DB schemas, migrations, and Postgres performance.
• Maintain observability: metrics, tracing, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with client success and operations to iterate on edge cases.
