Role Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our high-impact engineering team, contributing to products built for the US legal market.

Responsibilities

Develop product features end-to-end: estimate, implement, deploy, and monitor

Build and maintain backend systems and REST APIs

Support internal teams (product, ads, operations, data, call center)

Analyze and maintain existing software applications

Design scalable, testable code

Troubleshoot and fix bugs

Requirements

Experience with AWS serverless services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM

Backend development with Java and Node.js

Experience with SQL (Postgres, MariaDB), NoSQL (DynamoDB, DocumentDB), and Redshift

Understanding of networking, firewalls, and routing

Experience working in distributed teams with GitHub

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of CPaaS

Experience with AI / Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech
