Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as internal auditor (experience at KAP is preferable)
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1)
- Understand Financial Statement Closing Process
- Have strong analytical skill, creative, curious, critical and systematic thinking

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct audits in accordance with audit programs and procedures (conduct substantive audit work). Programs and procedures should be comprehensive, not just covering cash and bank accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare audit working papers in accordance with the format and complete with tick marks and their meanings (legends), audit procedures and supporting documents (vouching, agreements/contracts, etc.), check the tie‑up of figures between the final report, draft, WBS/WPL, lead schedule, and supporting schedule, provide indexes and cross‑references between the audit working papers, audit notes, and audit conclusions for the accounts worked on.
- Conduct physical inventory observations of inventory, fixed assets, and other assets in the field.
- Prepare minutes of physical inventory observations of inventory, fixed assets, and other assets in the field, and obtain signatures of those responsible.
- Calculate cash balances and inform client personnel of any discrepancies and obtain reconciliations.
- Confirm all bank balance confirmations (including bank loans), shareholders' accounts payable, lease payables, consumer finance payables, and select samples for confirmation of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other payables. Submit these to client personnel (accounting manager) for signature based on the specimen (bank account balance) or to authorized personnel to sign the confirmation form.
- Prepare working papers for confirmations sent and received, and summarize them. Ensure that all confirmations are answered before issuing the audit report. Request client assistance with confirmation responses. Perform a second confirmation procedure if no response is received or perform alternative procedures to ensure the balances of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounts payable are accurate.
- Collect audit documents and perform vouching based on the specified sample.
- Review draft reports prepared by Associate Managers/Managers for accuracy of wording and numerical calculations.
- Participate in team planning discussions.
