Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Master's degree (S2) is a plus
• 3–6 years of tax consulting experience
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation
• Analytical, proactive, and problem solver
• Able to collaborate and work independently
• Excellent client communication skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Advise on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and cross-border transactions
• Assist with IPOs and capital market transactions
• Support tax incentives and strategic tax planning
• Handle tax compliance and disputes
• Work on regional and global projects
