Senior Associate, Integrated Planning & Performance-Retail
As part of the Retail team, the Retail Integrated Planning & Performance role plays a pivotal part in driving our Retail Brands' business performance through sales and profitability management, assortment operations, and marketing & media solutions. This role bridges strategy and execution — ensuring alignment across commercial, marketing, and operational teams to deliver sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly proactive, and able to work independently on a blank canvas to build and optimize new processes and solutions.
Scope of Work
- Conduct end-to-end performance monitoring to ensure Retail results are on track vs. targets, and proactively identify optimization opportunities within the allocated budget.
- Collaborate with Category and Demand Planning teams on monthly, campaign, and intra-month commercial planning, including pricing strategy and promotion planning.
- Partner with the Retail BI team to enhance data visibility and performance reporting dashboards for better commercial insights.
- Drive overall Retail performance through cross-functional collaboration, aligning local Retail execution with Platform objectives.
Assortment Operations
- Manage Retail assortment lifecycle (onboarding, incubation, and offboarding) together with the Category team.
- Oversee & manage assortment operations on the platform, ensuring Retail assortments participate effectively in key assortment programs and initiatives.
Marketing & Media
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Marketing Solutions within the Retail organization.
- Act as the Retail PIC for cross-functional collaboration with Local Marketing Solution, Campaign, and other relevant teams to improve current business processes and solutions.
- Develop marketing solution spend recommendations for brands and evaluate solution performance against ROI and commercial objectives.
- Identify and develop new monetization opportunities within the Retail channel and category stores.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in business performance management, commercial planning, retail operations, or e-commerce.
- Prior experience in cross-functional project management or marketing performance analysis is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, SQL/PowerBI is a plus).
