About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead our architecture team and manage multiple high‑profile projects from concept to completion.

This role is ideal for someone with strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership ability — someone who can balance creative vision with practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of architects (intermediate and junior) in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop design concepts and oversee design development for both architecture and interiors
• Produce and review 2D and 3D drawings and presentations
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
• Supervise on‑site work to ensure quality control and design integrity
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and sustainable practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Architect certification preferred
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to be based in Bali and travel as required for projects
