Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Interior Designer to lead and elevate our design initiatives. This role combines advanced design expertise with deep material knowledge—perfect for professionals who thrive at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and natural surfaces.

As a senior member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping projects from concept through execution. You will lead client engagements, mentor junior designers, and ensure that our stone solutions are integrated seamlessly into innovative, enduring spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full design development cycle—from concept, planning, and detailing to execution—for projects featuring premium stone applications.
• Translate complex client requirements into visionary yet practical design solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior architects/designers, providing creative and technical direction.
• Prepare and present design concepts, drawings, visuals, and technical documents with clarity and impact.
• Oversee coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design integrity.
• Conduct site reviews and provide technical input to resolve challenges and maintain design excellence.
• Research emerging trends in architecture, interiors, and material innovation to drive fresh design perspectives.
• Serve as a design ambassador for Tuscany Marbles, advocating for thoughtful and innovative material integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with proven project leadership in high-end residential or commercial design.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, spatial intelligence, and technical proficiency.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, technical detailing, and industry regulations.
• Passion for architecture, interiors, and the innovative use of natural materials.
