Job summary

Aleph Labs in Jakarta is expanding its Talent Pool for Senior Android Developers to drive high-impact digital initiatives. You will build, scale, and deliver high-performance mobile applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, communicate in English with regional stakeholders, and integrate REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and unit tests to ensure robust quality. This on-site role at Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan, requires a strong Android background and MVVM/Clean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in Android (Java, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) and Web technologies (HTML5, JS, PHP).
• Good understanding of Android SDK, lifecycle, Clean Architecture, and MVVM.
• Experience with APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON), databases (SQLite, MySQL), CI/CD, and Scrum.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication (English), and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Core Android Development: Build, scale, and optimize high-performance native Android apps using Kotlin, Java, and MVVM.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams and communicate effectively in English with regional stakeholders.
• System Integration & Quality: Integrate web services/APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON), manage databases, and drive robust unit testing and bug fixing.
• Modern UI & Technologies: Jetpack Compose experience is a plus and exposure to interactive/digital entertainment apps.
