Responsibilities

• Design and evolve advanced prompt, interaction, and orchestration strategies for complex AI use cases
• Architect and implement multi-agent, role-based LLM workflows using the OpenAI Responses API
• Lead migration from Assistants API and design robust tool-calling patterns
• Own backend architecture in Node.js / NestJS and AI-driven data workflows
• Build Next.js frontend flows that orchestrate complex AI interactions
• Design MongoDB schemas and optimize complex aggregations
• Optimize latency, cost, and reliability through streaming, caching, batching, and token management
• Drive R&D, prototypes, and production-ready AI systems
• Mentor junior engineers and establish AI engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years software engineering experience
• Proven experience shipping production LLM systems beyond basic chat
• Strong Node.js / NestJS, MongoDB, and React / Next.js skills
