The Social Commerce Team is a fast‑growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end‑to‑end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross‑functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We are looking for a results‑driven Affiliate Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop campaigns. The ideal candidate has 2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e‑commerce, particularly in TikTok Shop live selling, campaigns, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for building relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance, and ensuring campaigns meet KPIs while aligning with the brand’s marketing objectives.

As an Affiliate Executive, you will take charge of

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on Shopee & TikTok Shop, from recruitment to campaign execution.
• Build a strategic plan on how to optimize and leverage affiliate business in Shopee & TikTok Shop.
• Creating a strategic plan on how to nurture until sustaining affiliate communities.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products.
• Coordinate with content creators and external stakeholders to ensure brand messaging and visuals are aligned with campaign goals.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track ROI and sales growth.
• Negotiate commission structures and special incentives to maximize affiliate engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay updated on Shopee & TikTok Shop trends, algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to keep campaigns optimized.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for e‑commerce sales events (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 11.11).
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
• Explore and test new affiliate platforms and marketing opportunities for expansion.

What we are looking for – the ideal profile

• Strong understanding of Shopee & TikTok Shop affiliate tools and campaign mechanics.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic decisions.
• Basic knowledge of online sales funnels, performance marketing, and social media engagement.
• Self‑motivated and proactive with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative thinker who can adapt to trends quickly.
• Experience managing multi‑category products (e.g., fashion, beauty, FMCG).
• Knowledge of other affiliate platforms or influencer marketing tools.
• Background in live selling or campaign project management.
• Have an experience working in the affiliates industry is a plus.
