About Us

O International (Coffee Plantation) is a Lao company specializing in coffee plantation, production, processing, and sales in Champasak, Laos. Our team is led by international experts with global experience in the coffee business. We are a part of Lao Asean Leasing Public Company (LALCO), one of Laos's largest privately owned conglomerates with diverse business interests.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder and Government Relations
  • Act as the main company representative in communication and meetings with local and national government officials.
  • Liaise with government offices to obtain and renew necessary licenses, permits, and approvals for all business activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries from suppliers, customers, and other external parties, providing professional and timely responses.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings with external stakeholders and community representatives.
Administrative and HR Management
  • Oversee and maintain comprehensive records of employee leave and other personnel‑related documents.
  • Manage all company assets, including tracking the use of vehicles and equipment.
  • Lead sourcing and purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and other items related to farm activities.
  • Assist with preparing salary payment documents for all workers.
  • Support the team with general administrative duties and CSR initiatives.
Translation and Communication
  • Perform professional translation and interpretation from Lao into English, and vice versa, for all business communications and meetings.
Other Supporting Tasks
  • Support in sales and marketing activities, and import/export permits related activities.
  • Support in general administrative duties, company's CSR activities, and processing activities.
  • Support in maintenance and recording resident list for staff rooms, worker houses.
  • Other duties assigned by management.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in an administrative or office management role; experience with an NGO or business with government liaison or external relations highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Lao native speaker with high fluency in written and spoken Lao; professional working proficiency in English required.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate maturity, discretion, and a solution‑oriented mindset when representing the company externally.
  • Knowledge: Preferred knowledge of the coffee, agriculture, or industrial processing sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and wide range of office equipment usage.
Work Location & Compensation
  • Location: Full‑time position based in Paksong, Champasak Province, Lao‑PDR.
  • Salary Range: USD 500 to USD 1,000 (based on experience and qualifications). Competitive benefits package, including staff dormitory.
