Job Role
The Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager is a strategic financial leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization’s finance, accounting, taxation, and financial governance functions while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations and multinational corporate reporting standards.
This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the company’s financial integrity by managing accounting operations, tax compliance, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and audit readiness. Working closely with local leadership and regional headquarters, the successful candidate will oversee cross‑border financial reporting, optimise financial controls, and support the organization’s continued growth through sound financial management and regulatory compliance.
