About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Berkah Bekasi Ops' in Bekasi, West Java. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a range of complex accounting tasks to support the overall financial operations of the company. This is a full‑time position that offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Provide support for financial audits and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
What we’re looking for
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry.
  • Proficient in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
