About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee end-to-end financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership in managing reporting and audit processes.

Key responsibilities
Accounting Management
  • Prepare, present and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards
  • Record journal entries for accruals, adjustments and corrections
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure all accounts are reconciled regularly and with proper subreport
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
  • Handle monthly and annual tax report (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT and other related tax)
Administration & Office Support
  • Oversee vendor management, petty cash, office procurement and operational expenses
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative documentation for internal and external audit
  • Contribute to development of efficient administrative processes and reporting system
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification such as Brevet A & B is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of PSAK, taxation, and internal control systems
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
