About the role

Senior Accounting & Finance within the established PT Snf Polymers Indonesia, based in Karawaci Banten. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions for the company. This is a full‑time position with excellent benefits and career progression opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and ensure reports are made following company accounting guidelines.
• Ensure that all entries are recorded properly and in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Manage and maintain the company’s accounting and tax database properly.
• Update the rules and regulations related to accounting and taxation.
• Have excellent knowledge of tax compliance and ability to prepare corporate income tax and all tax reports.
• Prepare and analyze cost accounting.
• Lead, train, and supervise the accounting and finance team.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of senior accounting experience.
• Graduate of Accounting Tax Academy is a must.
• Have experience using accounting software Win AX or Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Able to work with a team.
• Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci Tangerang.
• Can work under pressure.
• Have high responsibility.
• Integrity, honesty, communicative, detailed and always willing to work.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
• Ability to work in-office from Monday to Friday.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
