Job description

• Oversee and manage payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor, control, and analyses project or operational costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Review and post daily transactions of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to the system.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, stockinet and variance analysis for management review.
• Handle journal entries and make necessary inventory adjustments.
• Reconcile bank transactions regularly.
• Input tax ledger entries and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Review the general ledger to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Check and monitor bank mutations (inflows and outflows).
• Able make it monthly cash flow projection for financial controller.
• Able control budget vs actual in weekly basis
• Prepared payment voucher and purpose approval on time.
• Review Profit & Loss (P&L) reports in the system and ensure they are accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Accounting or similar role.
• Proficient with accounting Hospitality system and software work flow
• Have experience work as Accounting hotel minimum 2 years.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent in command of English both spoken and written
