Job summary

Bitdefender is seeking a Senior Accountant for Indonesia to own the AP/AR functions and support the statutory audit. The role offers cross-border shared-resource responsibilities with Malaysia and requires strong Indonesian tax knowledge and ERP experience.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in accounting, audit exposure, and fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indonesia with global cybersecurity leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; tax certification advantageous.
• 5–7 years' accounting/finance experience with AP/AR exposure.
• Audit experience required, from company or public accounting.
• Strong Indonesian tax and invoicing knowledge (VAT, withholding, e-Faktur).
• ERP experience with Dynamics favored; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day AP operations for Indonesia entity, including invoicing and payments.
• Manage AR invoicing, posting receipts, and aging reports.
• Prepare tax compliance documentation and liaise with tax consultant.
• Support monthly close and audit readiness; provide regional back-up for Malaysia.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
