About the Role

Are you a highly driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for transforming businesses? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a “hunter” mentality? We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing team in Indonesia, specifically focusing on the Large Enterprise segment.

At Workday, our Account Executives are the driving force behind our new customer growth. You’ll be a key player in our Field Sales Operations organization, guiding new customers on a journey to leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and embrace a new class of enterprise management cloud solutions. We believe in partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value, ensuring their positive satisfaction from day one and beyond.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to be part of Workday’s expansion in the Indonesia market, with a focus on selling our core HCM solution, both directly and through our channel partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities within your assigned territory.
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre‑sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and share the Workday value proposition, especially around our Human Capital Management (HCM) offerings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with new customers, manage the deal process, and connect them to Workday solutions.
  • Negotiate deals with a variety of C‑Suite Executives to close opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
About You
What we’re looking for:
  • A strong “hunter” mentality with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets with net new customers.
  • 8+ years experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions, with a preference for ERP/HCM experience.
  • 8+ years experience with selling through channel partners.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
