Job summary

PT BAISELINDO ASIA NETWORK is seeking an experienced telecommunications specialist to provide end-to-end support for mobile networks. The role involves planning, optimizing, and implementing deployments across 6G, 5G, 4G, and 2G, with emphasis on radio network planning and validation.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years in telecom, with English proficiency and familiarity with SPARK and Pioneer testing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Familiar with data communication equipment, including routers and switches, and operators' transmission networks.
• Strong knowledge of mobile networks, products, and architectures; NR/LTE expertise.
• Experience in radio network planning and optimization for NR/LTE; EPC and 5GC familiarity.
• Experience with testing tools such as SPARK and Pioneer; good spoken/written English; Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support and services for mobile communications.
• Plan, optimize, and implement network deployments for 6G, 5G, 4G, and 2G networks.
• Participate in mobile system testing and solution validation.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide after-sales technical support.
• Support pre-sales activities and act as liaison with R&D for customers.
