Senior 3D Interior Drafter (Remote - Jakarta Based)

At Medina Design & Interiors, we specialize in delivering creative and functional interior design solutions for high-end residential and commercial spaces in Singapore. Our team combines innovation, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to bring clients’ visions to life. We are expanding our design production capabilities and are seeking an experienced Degree Holder to join our team remotely from Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities

Lead 3D Visualization: Prepare high-quality, photo-realistic 3D visualizations and renders for Singapore-based residential and commercial projects.

Modeling & Detailing: Convert conceptual designs and 2D AutoCAD drawings provided by the Singapore team into detailed and accurate 3D models using SketchUp.

Rendering Expertise: Utilize advanced rendering software (e.g., Enscape, D5, V‑Ray, or Lumion) to produce compelling visuals that capture design intent, materials, lighting, and ambiance.

Design Coordination: Work closely with Singapore-based Designers and Project Managers to ensure all 3D output aligns precisely with design specifications, material selections, and project requirements.

Documentation Support: Assist occasionally in preparing detailed 2D production/technical drawings (carpentry, M&E plans) derived from the 3D models.

Remote Management: Maintain efficient file management, version control, and clear communication across time zones.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D modeling and rendering for interior design projects (Experience with Singapore projects is a strong advantage).

Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in SketchUp and at least one high-level rendering software (Enscape, D5, V‑Ray, or Lumion is mandatory).

Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Attributes: Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, strong self-discipline for remote work, and proven ability to meet tight deadlines.

Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with the Singapore team.

Location: Must be physically based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
