Management Development Program (MDP) is a development program aimed at prospective employees from fresh graduate recruitment, who will be comprehensively educated, specifically in the business area. This development program provides career acceleration opportunities for university graduates who are selected to join our program. Through this development program, we aim to create competent and potential individuals as our future leaders, who will jointly grow the business line of PT Uniair Indotama Cargo (UIC Group). Senior Project Management Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) who will work directly with the CEO, acting as both a strategic project lead and a personal assistant to the CEO. This role bridges business development, project execution, and executive coordination — ensuring every initiative moves from concept to completion effectively.

The position suits someone who is strategic yet hands‑on, analytical yet adaptive, and confident working closely with top management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor cross‑functional projects related to property development, renovation, and business expansion.
  • Support the CEO in planning, executing, and tracking strategic business initiatives across multiple entities.
  • Conduct business and feasibility studies for potential property or commercial developments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, tenants, regulators) to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Prepare presentations, executive summaries, and business proposals for CEO meetings and board reviews.
  • Act as the right hand to the CEO — managing priorities, following up on key deliverables, preparing briefings, and maintaining structured communication between the CEO and business units.
  • Organize and coordinate CEO's project schedules, key meetings, and strategic correspondences in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are implemented and followed.

Requirements

  • ​Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in project management, business development, or executive support, preferably within the property or real‑estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, feasibility studies, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence when representing the CEO.

Technical Manager

Drive the operational plan, oversee day‑to‑day operation activities such as manpower deployment and contingency management. Monitor and ensure productivity is achieved in the department. Pro‑actively monitor the health status of all products, identify exceptional cases, and initiate and prioritize the repair process when required. Recommend enhancements to improve system performance. Analyse and identify industry trends and customers’ needs and provide feedback to improve the feasibility of new product development. Manage and solve technical issues faced by customers. Establish end‑to‑end service delivery for projects. Provide products and systems training to internal employees and customers when required. Review and approve all vendor services and its related cost ensuring costs are being properly managed. Inventory controlling ensuring stock levels are managed.

Control room

Lead the control room team ensuring all inbound queries raised by customers are addressed and followed up in a timely manner. Manage and troubleshoot any technical operations raised by customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering with strong electronics/technical experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the role and experience in managing and growing a team.
  • Experience in System Integrator (SI) industry or familiarity with SaaS platforms is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in incident and troubleshooting management.
  • Good leadership and people‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands‑on and a can‑do attitude.
  • Technically independent with good initiative.

Manager, Customer Technical Support

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with commercial team, providing product introduction and recommendation to customers, develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships by offering technical solutions.
  • Evaluate and understand customer needs, provide suitable product recommendation and technical service solutions to customers and foster good customer relationships.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, R&D, QA/QC, plant operation) as needed in driving customer projects, product development and application development.
  • Conduct product testing/trials at customers' sites, conduct workshops for internal and/or external customers as required. Plan, support and drive customer innovation program together with sales and R&D.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in Food Science Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the food application/food ingredient industry specifically in the oils & fats, confectionery or bakery.
  • Strong knowledge in oils & fats, confectionary, bakery or culinary production, technology and industry of Oils and Fats products.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and able to present to internal and external parties.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills; ability to influence and work in cross‑functional teams.
