We are looking for a Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) who will work directly with the CEO, acting as both a strategic project lead and a personal assistant to the CEO. This role bridges business development, project execution, and executive coordination — ensuring every initiative moves from concept to completion effectively.
The position suits someone who is strategic yet hands‑on, analytical yet adaptive, and confident working closely with top management in a fast‑paced environment.

Operations/TechnicalDrive the operational plan, oversee day‑to‑day operation activities such as manpower deployment and contingency management. Monitor and ensure productivity is achieved in the department. Pro‑actively monitor the health status of all products, identify exceptional cases, and initiate and prioritize the repair process when required. Recommend enhancements to improve system performance. Analyse and identify industry trends and customers’ needs and provide feedback to improve the feasibility of new product development. Manage and solve technical issues faced by customers. Establish end‑to‑end service delivery for projects. Provide products and systems training to internal employees and customers when required. Review and approve all vendor services and its related cost ensuring costs are being properly managed. Inventory controlling ensuring stock levels are managed.
Control roomLead the control room team ensuring all inbound queries raised by customers are addressed and followed up in a timely manner. Manage and troubleshoot any technical operations raised by customers.
