Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Supervisor in a similar property.
• Attendance in related seminars or training about security issues.
• Certifications in Gada Madya, Basic First Aid, and Fire Extinguisher.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day security operations and systems.
• Ensure all reports are submitted according to the schedule.
• Manage cleanliness and tidiness of security working areas.
• Analyze budget management and asset opname.
• Oversee training of security personnel.

Skills

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree in any major.
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experiences as a Supervisor in a similar property.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and related Software.
• Have attended seminars or training about the prevention of Radicalism or Terrorism, Surveillance, Law Enforcement, Emergency Handling of Natural Disaster, and other issues related to security and safety matters.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both spoken and written.
• Have Gada Madya, Basic First Aid Prioritized and Fire Extinguisher Certifications.
• Knowledgeable of fire safety system.
• Proper grooming and appearance.

Job Descriptions

• Supervise day to day security operations and system of Kempinski Private Residences.
• Ensuring all reports are submitted in accordance with submission schedule.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of all security's working areas, including all tools and equipment.
• Analyse the budget management and asset-opname.
• Overseeing the trainings of security personnel both on skills and knowledge. Such as fire drill, handcuff and security baton.
• Supervise both internal and outsourced security on implementing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Working Instructions (WI) within Security Department.
• Incident handling.
