Job summary

PT Punggawa Siber Solusi adalah perusahaan keamanan siber yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat. Kami mencari seorang analis SOC berpengalaman untuk memantau kejadian keamanan, menganalisis log, dan mendokumentasikan insiden secara menyeluruh.

Kandidat harus memiliki sertifikasi CEH/CompTIA Security+/CND dan bersedia bekerja shift di kantor pusat kami. Peran ini melibatkan kolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk tindak lanjut insiden dan peningkatan postur keamanan organisasi.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman minimum 1 tahun di SOC / Cyber Security Operations.
• Sertifikasi wajib: CEH, CompTIA Security+, CND.
• Menguasai SIEM, analisis log, dan penanganan insiden keamanan.
• Pemahaman dasar keamanan jaringan, deteksi ancaman, dan respons insiden.
• Dapat bekerja shift, on-site, proyek.

Responsibilities

• Memantau dan menganalisis ancaman keamanan, log, dan kejadian menggunakan SIEM dan alat pemantauan lainnya.
• Menyelidiki alert keamanan, analisis insiden awal, menilai tingkat keparahan, dan eskalasi ke tim terkait.
• Mendokumentasikan insiden keamanan, menjaga catatan penyelidikan, dan menyiapkan laporan SOC harian.
• Koordinasi dengan tim internal untuk dukungan penanganan insiden dan komunikasi tepat waktu.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Monitor and analyze security alerts, system logs, and events using SIEM and other security monitoring tools to identify potential threats and suspicious activities.
• Investigate security alerts, perform initial incident analysis, assess severity, and elevate potential security incidents to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
• Document security incidents, maintain accurate investigation records, and prepare daily SOC monitoring reports to support operational visibility and incident tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support incident handling, follow up on escalated incidents, and ensure timely communication and resolution of security threats.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in SOC / Cyber Security Operations
• Mandatory certification: CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CompTIA Security+, CND (Certified Network Defender)
• Familiar with SIEM tools, log analysis, and security incident handling
• Basic understanding of network security, threat detection, and incident response
• Able to work in shift/on-site/project-based assignment
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
