Position Summary:
Assists the Director of Security in managing security operations on a daily basis.
Areas of responsibility include the protection and safety of property assets, employees, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response.
Ensures continuous protection of guests, employees and hotel assets. Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and standard operating procedures.

Location:
Hiliwatu Bali Ubud a Tribute Portfolio Resort, Jalan Pura Dalem No 88, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia, 80572.
The position is intended for Indonesian nationality only.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patrols of entire property and parking areas.
  • Monitor closed circuit television, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system.
  • Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.
  • Handle all interruptions and complaints; defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence; conduct interviews with relevant parties.
  • Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents and release information only to authorized individuals.
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations; launch calls for outside assistance if necessary.
  • Document security events and complete incident reports; provide proper paperwork to employees.
  • Secure rooms and assist guests with room access.
  • Identify hazards, recommend safety improvements and manage risk to minimize physical hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws.
  • Lead and support training, motivation, coaching and maintain high standards of appearance.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships; encourage mutual trust and cooperation among the team.
  • Perform periodic inspection of all security equipment and ensure it is fully functioning.
  • Conduct loss prevention activities including investigations, loss control, inventory inspections, and fraud detection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 3–4 years of related experience in security/loss prevention or related professional area.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • No specific license or certification required, but first aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
