IT Security Manager (Lead) & IT Security Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage the security operations team, coordinate tasks, and manage policies
• Lead security operations based on a solid understanding of security architecture and security governance
• Operate security solutions
• Respond to security monitoring events
• Manage accounts, access rights, and monitor logs
• Prepare operational documentation related to information security
• Support security incident response and root cause analysis

Qualifications

• Security Manager/Lead – 10+ years of experience in security operations; experience in project leadership and team management; good understanding of security architecture and security governance; experience in security incident response and risk management.
• Security Operator – Experience in operating information security systems, including knowledge of security solutions and networks; strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
