Job description

The Security Manager is fully responsible for the planning, oversight, and execution of all security operations at Lola's Uluwatu. This role leads and trains a team of 8 security staff to ensure the daily safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets. The manager is also accountable for developing and implementing specific security strategies for special events and parties, and acts as the primary liaison for Lola's Uluwatu with local authorities. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, train, and manage a team of 8 security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Create efficient staff schedules (rosters) to ensure 24/7 security coverage and adequate staffing.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance to improve team performance.

Daily Security Operations

• Oversee all daily security operations, including area patrols, CCTV monitoring, and access control.
• Identify potential security threats and take proactive preventive measures.
• Respond to and manage all security incidents, such as theft, altercations, or medical emergencies, in a timely and effective manner.

Special Event Security Management

• Design and implement specific security plans for events and parties held at Lola's Uluwatu.
• Coordinate with the event and operations teams to ensure smooth and secure event execution.
• Strategically deploy security personnel to manage crowds and prevent incidents.

Procedures and Reporting

• Develop, review, and update security policies and procedures (SOPs) on a regular basis.
• Ensure all incident reports and security logs are accurately and promptly recorded.
• Prepare regular reports on security performance and significant incidents for the General Manager.

External Coordination

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the local Police and other relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with external parties during emergencies or investigations.
