Job summary

Ajaib is seeking an experienced IT Compliance Specialist to strengthen governance, regulatory compliance, and technology risk management within a regulated securities environment. You will ensure IT systems, controls, and processes meet capital market regulations and internal risk standards.

You will lead IT risk assessments, monitor ITGC, support audits, and help shape policies and the compliance framework while acting as a liaison between IT, Compliance, Risk, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Compliance / IT Governance / IT Risk / IT Audit.
• Experience in securities company (brokerage / capital markets / investment platform) required.
• Strong knowledge of ITGC, risk management, access control, change management, and incident management.
• Familiar with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar frameworks.
• Experience engaging with regulators and supporting audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of IT systems with applicable financial services and capital market regulations.
• Perform IT risk assessments and monitor IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits (including documentation and remediation tracking).
• Maintain and enhance IT policies, procedures, and compliance framework.
• Act as liaison between IT, Compliance, Risk, and regulators.
