Job summary

tiket.com is seeking an experienced security engineer to strengthen defensive security, automate workflows, and simulate attacks to uncover weaknesses. You will collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities and improve overall security posture.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in cybersecurity, hands-on with Python, Go, Bash, REST APIs, and enterprise perimeter tools like Cloudflare. Cloud environments experience and threat emulation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in defensive security or related field.
• Solid understanding of vulnerability assessment methodologies and security testing tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and Bash; experience integrating workflows via REST APIs.
• Experience building security automation solutions and coordinating security tools.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise‑grade perimeter security technologies, including Cloudflare and firewall management.
• Experience in adversary simulation exercises is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct log analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop automation scripts and security tools using Python, Go, Bash or similar.
• Build and maintain security automation workflows orchestrating tools via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure teams and Engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Stay up to date with the latest offensive security techniques, tools, and threat landscape.
• Simulate advanced attack scenarios to identify and validate security weaknesses.
