Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Secretary / Personal Assistant to support management in daily administrative and organizational tasks. This position requires a structured working style, strong English skills, and experience in professional office and email management within an international working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar management and coordination of meetings and appointments
  • Organization of business travel (flights, accommodation, schedules, locations)
  • Professional email management and correspondence in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Preparation, maintenance, and structured filing of documents, presentations, and reports
  • Administrative and organizational support to management
  • Follow-up on tasks, deadlines, and action items
  • Structuring information and work priorities
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and responsibility
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Very good English skills, spoken and written (Business English – mandatory)
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrator
