Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Associates, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, agreements, and reports.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (both electronic and physical) for legal documents, contracts, and confidential materials.
  • Coordinate document execution, notarization, and submission to relevant authorities.
  • Support client communications, including scheduling calls, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate records of correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative processes.
  • Monitor deadlines and assist in tracking case or project timelines to ensure timely deliverables.

Requirements
