Job Description

• Lead the team and manage regional finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Oversee closing and audited financial statements for multiple countries
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies and bank agreement
• Accounting and cash management framework
• Support treasury, loan monitoring and banking activities
• Support global / overseas expansion

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent is a plus
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in finance & accounting, ideally with regional exposure.
• Strong understanding of consolidation, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing or coordinating with cross-country teams.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
