Description
  • Lead the team and manage regional finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Oversee closing and audited financial statements for multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies and bank agreements.
  • Develop accounting and cash management framework.
  • Support treasury, loan monitoring and banking activities.
  • Support global / overseas expansion.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in finance & accounting, ideally with regional exposure.
  • Strong understanding of consolidation, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience managing or coordinating with cross‑country teams.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
