Job summary

A leading freight forwarding company in Indonesia is looking for a Sea Custom Clearance Specialist. You will check import data, send documents to customers, prepare performance sheets, and monitor shipments while ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Sea Transportation Management, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English. This role is based in North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding company.
• Knowledge in handling Sea Custom Clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Check import data such as INV, PL, Term Ship Mode, and Draft PIB.
• Send pre-alert documents and draft PIB to customers.
• Prepare Job Performance Sheets as the basis for billing.
• Confirm operational costs and send DN to all relevant parties.
• Provide suggestions for import process problems.
• Create TI and send it to IPL for shipment.
• Create Shipment Performance Reports.
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers.

• Have knowledge in handling Sea Custom Clearance processes.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Proficient in Ms. Excel and Good Communication skill.

• Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
