Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is looking for a Sales & Distribution Supervisor to oversee operational activities, including order management and shipping processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, effective communication skills in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The ideal candidate will lead the SD team, support process improvements through data analysis, and ensure operational efficiency. Experience in the footwear manufacturing industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience at the supervisor level in a Business Unit or Marketing Department is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Sales & Distribution operational activities.
• Prepare and monitor Daily Reports and Weekly KPI Reports.
• Lead and mentor the SD team to achieve operational targets.
