Job summary

Job description

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.0).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and facilitating Agile projects.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments and roadblocks to ensure smooth project progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
