Health, Safety, Environment, Community, and Quality
Comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Comply with all Occupational Health, Safety and Mine regulations in Indonesia, including Regulation of the Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 26 of 2018 and Decree of Ministry of Mines and Energy No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018.
Comply with all SHLP, Environment and Social Responsibility requirements under PTAMNT Management System, vision, mission, and values.
Implement and comply with all company environmental policies and procedures including waste management, water management, energy conservation, biodiversity conservation, and environmental incident handling and reporting.
Implement and comply with all company policies and procedures related to mine occupational health and safety.
Production / Technical / Projects
- Maintain electrical equipment information including manuals, drawings, schematics, operating data, and maintenance history.
- Raise, review, prioritize, and close electrical work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Research work requirements, prepare job scopes, create electrical maintenance schedules, and inspect faulty electrical components and systems.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external electrical repairs and track repair progress and equipment status.
- Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance activities for fixed plant equipment, substations, MCCs, motors, transformers, generators, lighting systems, and power distribution networks.
- Coordinate electrical shutdowns, isolations, and commissioning activities in accordance with safety and operational requirements.
- Formulate weekly and daily electrical maintenance schedules and assign jobs to appropriate electrical teams and contractors.
- Coordinate with material control and procurement regarding availability of electrical spare parts, cables, switchgear, instruments, and consumables.
- Review, enter, and update work orders in the system to support automated scheduling and tracking.
- Report the status of all electrical shutdowns, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance activities to the supervisor.
- Provide technical direction to electrical technicians and contractors performing preventive maintenance and inspections, and review work quality.
- Coordinate and participate in weekly scheduling and planning meetings.
- Operate light vehicles when required in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work area and report hazards, incidents, defects, and unsafe conditions.
- Perform inspections of electrical equipment to support preventive maintenance programs and improve equipment reliability.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Budget & Cost
This position is not eligible for costing and budgeting responsibilities.

- Establish and maintain effective communication with supervisors, peers, operations, and maintenance teams.
- Respond promptly to instructions, requests, and enquiries in accordance with organizational requirements.
- Communicate task progress, scheduling changes, and equipment status clearly to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

- Propose new initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of electrical maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement programs and reliability initiatives.

- Build strong technical expertise in electrical maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Clearly understand individual and team objectives and consistently deliver high performance.
- Coach and support others in performing scheduling activities and act as a backup to the supervisor when required.

Mandatory Requirements
Education
- Senior High School or higher (Diploma / Bachelor in Electrical Engineering preferred).
Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in electrical maintenance planning / scheduling in fixed plant or heavy industry; or any equivalent combination of experience and education that provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems for fixed plant equipment including motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, substations, PLCs, and power distribution systems.
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance procedures and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS / SAP).
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, schematics, component identification, serial numbering, and documentation control.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical safety standards, lock‑out/tag‑out procedures, and isolation practices.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, parts lists, and service manuals.
- Skill in prioritizing and scheduling multiple maintenance activities effectively.
- Skill in establishing effective working relationships with operations, maintenance, and contractors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills including Windows, MS Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency in SAP or other CMMS applications.
- Intermediate written and spoken English competency.
