Job summary

PT Alpha Magsaysay International is seeking a systems and stores coordinator to operate and maintain the AMOS system aboard our fleet. The role requires close liaison with engineering, deck and technical departments to ensure all equipment is correctly registered in AMOS.

You will conduct regular inventory audits, manage technical stores, train officers and stores personnel on AMOS usage, and coordinate with shore-side teams to optimize purchasing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, audit, and maintain the AMOS system onboard
• Manage technical stores and inventory
• Liaise with the engineering, Deck and technical department to ensure all equipment is correctly registered in AMOS
• Conduct inventory audits, cyclic counts, ensure stock values in the system match physical locations, identify obsolete /frozen stock and initiate corrective actions
• Provide training and support to officers and stores personnel on AMOS usage and stores best practices
• Work with shore-side technical purchasing/operations teams
