Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a data entry specialist to input and manage data in the SAP system according to company procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely processing at Pekalongan office. The role collaborates with related departments to ensure smooth SAP processes and generates reports for operational and management needs.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree and some SAP/ERP experience, with strong Excel and English skills.

Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Understanding or experience in using SAP/ERP is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major. A background in IT, Information Systems, or Business is a plus.
• Understanding or experience in using SAP/ERP is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good initiative and responsibility.
• Placement in Pekalongan. Willing to attend training outside the city for a few months (if needed).
