Job summary

AsiaQuest Indonesia is seeking a senior SAP PS specialist to act as the primary SME for SAP PS, develop interfaces with third-party systems, and provide techno-functional leadership on ERP projects.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP PS, 3 full-cycle implementations, and strong collaboration with integration managers and business partners, along with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of proven SAP PS experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Completion of at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Proven experience partnering effectively with integration managers and business partners.
• Proactive, hands-on self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP PS subject matter expert for the ERP program.
• Define SAP PS interfaces with third-party systems and provide best-practice options.
• Lead techno-functional solution design, architecture artifacts, and project deliverables.
• Guide project teams with techno-functional leadership and strategic direction.
• Engage with stakeholders and IT team members to ensure successful ERP initiatives.

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert focusing on SAP PS.
• Develop comprehensive definitions for SAP interfaces integrating with third-party systems.
• Deliver SAP solution options and recommend industry best practices.
• Provide techno-functional leadership and strategic guidance to project teams.
• Lead the creation of techno-functional solutions, architecture documents, artifacts, work products, and presentations.
• Participate in the evaluation of new ERP-related functionalities and software.
• Foster collaborative working relationships with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT team members.
• Act as the primary techno-functional contact representing the ERP organization on projects.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of proven experience with SAP functional PS modules, including collaboration with cross-functional technical teams to deliver efficient business process enhancements.
• Completion of at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
